Length of Service Plans
This screen allows user to set up different holiday entitlements according to an employee's length of service. This will be allocated as the full year entitlement when the Holiday Year End Roll Over runs for a particular plan

- No prerequisites.
Rules and Guidelines
- Length of Service Plans are identified in days and converted when resetting the holiday year to either hours or weeks based on the employee’s assigned Plan.
- Click the Search button in the Search bar to display the list of available Length of Service Plans.
- Aside from the "Code" and "Description" fields (with red asterisks *), all fields on the screen are mandatory.
Field Information
Code*
Enter a 20-character code that will be associated with a Length of Service Plan. Once saved, the value entered in this field cannot be edited.
Description
Enter a description with a maximum length of 256 characters. Note that the description can still be edited once saved.
Band 1 Start Year
This field displays the Start Year for Band 1 employees.
The value in this field must start at zero '0'.
Band 1 End Year
This field displays the End Year for Band 1 employees.
The value in this field must be greater than or equal to the Start Year value.
Band 1 Entitlement (Days)
This field displays the entitlement in days.
Band 2 Start Year
This field displays the Start Year for Band 2 employees.
The value in this field must be greater than the Band 1 End Year.
Band 2 End Year
This field displays the End Year for Band 2 employees.
The value in this field must be greater than or equal to the Band 2 Start Year value.

This field displays the entitlement in days.
Band 3 Start Year
This field displays the Start Year for Band 3 employees.
The value in this field must be greater than the Band 2 End Year value.
Band 3 End Year
This field displays the End Year for Band 3 employees.
